		<description>great video man but when i try to sit down and meditate i get lost in countless thoughts . it seems to me that i lack concentration .I&#039;ve been trying to meditate for one week now and nothing has changed from the first day so every time i meditate i struggle to keep concentrated but﻿ in the end i don&#039;t even enjoy it . I would be gratefull if i could get a helpfull answer</description>

I got rid of it purely with mind power... you can change it to something else... you usaly have a patern to follow when you twitch or whatever... you have to focus carefully on it﻿ and do the opposite to it... then try to make yourself do only certain things... when you can do that its just a matter of realizing that if you can change it you can stop it...</description>
