Using stillness and intention, Suzanne learned how to calm her anxiety, anger, fatigue and sadness, and now she shares this work with others. If we want to be happy with ourselves, to love ourselves and truly appreciate the beauty of life, it’s important to relax, place intention on our physical bodies, clear the mind, quiet our thoughts and be here now.
