Meditation is what you are - Nondual pointing

Updated: Jul 21

People often ask about meditation, so I thought I'd say a few words and give you a Nondual pointing exercise to try...

Meditation is not something that you do, it is what you 'are'.

Meditation happens by Itself, there is no one who meditates.

Do not sit on a cushion for 20 minutes and strive for an experience.

Meditation is another word for infinite being, which is not an experience.

Just notice...

There may seem to be a person sitting on a cushion, but notice, there is 'just sitting'.

There may seem to be a person lying on a Yoga mat, but notice, there is 'just lying'.

There may seem to be a person walking in the woods, but notice, there is 'just walking'.

There may seem to be a person standing on the seashore, but notice, there is 'just standing'.

No one is present in any of this.

That which is present in all is meditation.
