Have you ever noticed that if you don't think about problems they don't exist?

Try this Nondual pointing exercise...


Without engaging thought, be aware of this moment just as it is...

Good...now keep going...just notice that this moment is as it is.

It already 'is', so you might as well accept it.


Notice that everything is just happening effortlessly by itself.

Everything is as it is supposed to be right now.

An effortless flow of non-resistant life.


There is no problem, no resistance until thinking is engaged.

In other words, there is no problem until the 'person with problems' is created in the mind.
